Inclusion

What would our world look like if inclusion was “completely normal”? How do we actually define “normal” in this world? In recent years in particular, we have seen how quickly the familiar can change and the normal can suddenly become the exception. Shouldn't we be asking ourselves what we have in common rather than what our differences are?
